Internal Sources of Risk in Building Employees’ Attitudes of Safe Work in Metallurgical Enterprise

Grzybowska, Poznan University of Technology, Faculty of Engineering Management, Poznan, Poland The aim of the ar ticle is the identifi cation of the int ernal sources of risk in the pr ocess of improving the system of safety and work hygiene management. After conduction of the analysis the conclusion is that the signifi cant source of risk in the process of improvement of safety and work hygiene management is the human factor and, in particular, the lack of emplo yees’ awareness concerning the impor tance of their attitudes in the impr ovement of the sy stem.
